DIRECTV | Art Director | April 2020 - February 2024

 Under the eCOMMERCE Team, I worked as an Art Director for DIRECTV (formerly AT&T). I am responsible for the end-to-end delivery of creative projects, with an emphasis on visual solutions utilizing the Adobe Suite of creator tools. I’m also responsible for the consistent development and execution of an evolving digital space thus driving forward successful objectives and campaigns. I am responsible for creating and developing designs and working with the business owner and implementation team to get web pages built and launched. We work on various marketing campaigns while maintaining the quality of the brand.

In August 2021, my team and I relaunched DIRECTV.com with all-new branding, working cross-departmentally with development, user experience, product marketing, go-to-market and brand partners to develop 20+ landing pages for the new site. My role in this was to take the new assets and direction and implement it across the site. It was exciting to experience this launch from beginning to end.

Then in August of 2022, another more simplified version of the eCommerce experience was launched. This redesign A/B test was highlighted by improving progression to shop as well as an increase of 5% in online sales. My role in this now is continuing our work to personalize DIRECTV.com for niche audiences -- delivering winning experiences for sports fans, movie lovers, news watchers, and more -- and constantly A/B testing to learn how we can optimize our new user experience.
